To get started you can request a repair estimate telling us how can we help you and uploading a picture of your items, or you can start selecting your repair’s type and additional services
After that, you have the option of choosing between print our shipping label and use your own box (we recommend it because it is better for our environment) or we mail you a shipping label and box to your doorstep.
Once we receive your items, our experienced craftsmen will start to work and you will be able to check the status order through the website or call us (212) 750-0818
