How experienced are the cobblers?
We recruited the best cobblers in the country and internationally. Our cobblers have a range of experience from 10-50 years in the industry.
Is the tax included in the price?
Taxes will be added automatically upon checkout based on your repair total and your location.
Can you repair jackets or coats?
No, PackShoe repairs shoes and accessories (HandBags, PocketBook, Belts, Zippers, Rain Boots)
How much does the repair cost?
Each repair is individually priced. It depends on the type of shoes/accessories, material, and the labor we need to perform.
Can I customize my repair?
You can upload a picture and fill out “additional requests” section, or call us.
What shipping method do you use?
We are using UPS Ground shipping.
If I use my own box, what are the next steps?
We will email you a shipping label, and you have to print and apply it on the box.
When will I receive my shoes or accessories?
You will receive your items within 2 to 4 weeks

Yes. Additional shipping cost will be applied.
